Dones - Isabel-Clara Simó (Review) - Mario Calvo

“Dones” is a book written by Isabel-Clara Simó. It doesn’t have a specific location where it is set, because it is composed by seventeen different short stories.

What makes this book special, is that it tells the stories about seventeen completely different women who live tough situations in their lives. Another interesting characteristic about it is how the author has treated some actual and controversial situations in women’s life. Furthermore, in most of the stories there appear this women’s sons, what makes that we can get reflexed with the people in the book and makes it more enjoyable.

In my opinion, this book is very interesting to help people to get conscious about the situations that some women have to live in their lifetime.

To conclude, I would recommend this book to everyone who likes short and interesting stories.
